First off, thank you!

This conference is unlike many others. Located smack in the heart of in the stunning Hocking Hills region (during early FALL) is a sure crowd pleaser. Your hallmark day is Saturday, September 30th. Set-up will begin around 9am, with the hours being 10-5-ish. We will have check in inside the lodge where you'll be given your space and appropriate wristbands. Electric will not be available, sorry. But there are flush toilets, covered areas, and beautiful scenery! The vendor day is open to the public, so feel free to promote the event in your circles as well.

Space is limited on account of the camp size.  Please being your own table and display for items. You will be onsite , and alongside the conference lodge, for a super easy turn to your booth area.  If your display requires a fairly extensive amount of room, please let me know and I will find the space for you to set-up.

Because of the remote location of this conference, we've added options, specifically for you, that will hopefully accomodate your needs if travelling far, or just want to hang out and enjoy the conference. These include lodging, meals and your booth space. Meals inside the lodge with conference guests are available for you, you just need to purchase them beforehand. The meals are catered by the Camp's kitchen staff and they purchase all the foodstuffs beforehand. (saying, if you don't pre-order a meal, please pack a lunch! The camp will more than likely have snacks available for purchase, but we don't want anyone passing out! --there's only a small mini-mart within a 10 min. drive;  Grandma Fayes)

This is a charity event. All conference proceeds will be going directly to Camp Oty'Okwa for camper scholarships. Should you have an item(s) you'd like to donate to the auction, that would be amazing! Please contact the conference host for details.
