**Due to the fact that this is a volunteer organized conference, to keep costs low, we are using a separate, non-business checking and PayPal account. Otherwise, extraordinary fees would be incurred using an online hosting site. When the conference has ended, all remaining monies will be given, via cashier check, to Camp Oty'Okwa (a Big Brother Big Sister organization), for camper scholarships to help underprivileged children have the opportunity to learn about our natural environment and experience camp.
***Any Exceptions must be reviewed and approved by organizer by September 1st. All Waivers must be signed before leaving on guided hikes. No open containers permitted on property. No littering will be tolerated. All scheduled meals must be paid for in advance as the camp staff must have adequate provisions for conference guests. Snacks will be available for purchase, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
